Refund Policy for Exeller Computer (www.exellercomputer.com)

An eligible refund, once approved, goes into settlement. We endeavor to initiate eligible refunds within 3-4 business days. Further, it may take an additional 3-7 working days for banks and financial institutions to process the payment. On average, it takes 5-7 business days for a valid refund request to be completed.

Important Points to Note:

  • If the payment was made through our payment gateway, it will be refunded via the original method of payment. We cannot alter this.
  • For BANK TRANSFER and COD orders, refunds will be processed directly to the buyer’s bank account via NEFT/RTGS.
  • Refunds typically take one working week to reflect in the bank account. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
  • You will be notified by our support team once the refund has been initiated.
  • In case of any discrepancies with the refund, we may request you to share your bank statement or follow up with your bank.
  • Exeller Computer will not be responsible for delays caused by technical glitches or reasons beyond our control, including issues from our partners and vendors engaged in the transaction process.
